Order information

Shipping

Orders are made ready for dispatch within 1-2 working days. The shipping costs are not included in the item price and are calculated depending on the order quantity. Delivery is by post.

Collection

Orders can either be delivered to an address of your choice or collected directly from the Fasnacht Committee office. As soon as the order is ready for collection, you will be notified by e-mail.

Payment

Payment by private individuals is made online by credit card or TWINT. Carnival units can pay the outstanding amount by invoice, provided they do not belong to the group of cash payers.

Clique commission

When you purchase a badge via our online store, a commission can be credited to a unit of your choice registered with the Fasnacht Committee (e.g. piccolo and drum bands, Guggenmusik bands, floats, carriages, etc.). Simply select the desired carnival unit in the order process. If no selection is made, the proceeds will flow into the general subsidy pot.
